Students at a convention for making video games.

Some students shoot hoops, some hit it out of the park, some decide the stage is meant for them. However, there are others who decide to make a Donkey Kong sized smash into the video game industry. With Samus Aran, they run from retro to indie and come back with Lightning Farron and a complete love for video games.

Our very own Scott Jacobson is helping them on their way Tuesday after school with his Passion Project Tuesdays. Passion Project is a part of Lake City Game Creators. In Lake City Game Creators, LCGC for short, you get to make games similar to big name studios such as Bethesda and Blizzard. Garrett Holstein says, “Its a fun place with great people, but we are serious about what we do. We have blogs we have to maintain.”  Scott Jacobson is really serious about this, it’s his passion. He wants to help us find our passion.

Its a fun place with great people, but we are serious about what we do. We have blogs we have to maintain.”
