Student directed Ten Minute play auditions are coming soon! The auditions will take place Monday, May 12th in room B-11. These plays are a great chance to show the theatre department what you’ve got! All you need is a head shot and résumé; no monologue will be needed to audition.

These plays are directed by some of the seniors in the theatre department. The seniors who are directing are: Kody Kratz, Avery Duncan, Gabe Single-Schwall, Vanessa Ventresco, Zach White, and Billy Welch-King.

These are not full length plays, but smaller scenes around ten minutes long. The casts of these scenes are typically smaller than the average plays done by the LCHS Theatre department. The number of people in each play depends on the piece, but on average the casts consist of 2-3 people.

If you’ve ever wanted to step onto the stage as an actor or actress, now is the time to show your talent!

The plays will be performed back-to-back in one showing for two nights in a row, May 27th-28th. The theatre department is always looking for new people to step up to the stage, Come out and show them what you’ve got!
