Some tips for staying healthy and getting that workout, even when you are at school or in the office.

1.Pace yourself when it comes to snacks.

When you are hungry and want a snack, most people get junk food. That is fine but you should watch the portion sizes of your food. Only eat the actual serving size. Don’t stuff your face with too much food. Eat your food slowly; you will get full faster and you will be able to have a snack for later when you get hungry.

  1.  Yell curse words when you’re hurt.

When you yell out curse words you take away stress and pain. Only do it when you absolutely need to, though. If you need to relieve yourself from the anger and pain, try going to a gym and hitting something. Yell and scream in a room. It will help.

  1. Blow dry your hair.

Most girls have long hair. When you are blow drying your hair, add weight to your wrists. It depends on how long your hair is and how thick it is, but usually it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to dry hair, so if you strap wrist weights on while you are blow drying your hair, it gives your arms a workout that can be done while you are getting something else done. It lets you work out while getting ready for the day.

  1. Have a killer playlist to work out to.

If you are starting a workout and you love to listen to music, this tip is definitely for you. For each workout you do, make a playlist. Motivational songs help get you pumped up and get your adrenaline flowing. If you make your workout 14-20 minutes, try making a playlist that will only last that long. It will help you time yourself and it will help you be motivated.

  1. Walk your dog.

It you like walking outside, but sometimes get a little bored, don’t worry. Bring your dog. He or she will give you motivation and excitement. Plus, dogs need exercise too. You’ll have fun and get a bonding experience too. Just remember to bring a bag in case the pup has an experiences a natural bodily function. No one likes to go on a walk and find dog poo on the sidewalk.
