Lake City Playhouse presents: The Santaland Diaries

If you’re a fan of plays, the world of drama, and breathtaking acting, you’ll want to come out to the Lake City Playhouse starting December 6 through the 22 for The Santaland Diaries. The play follows the life of an out of work slacker who decides to become a Macy’s elf during the holiday season. At first, his job is humiliating and he has to deal with the insults and other panics that come with the Christmas season crunch. But, once the thousands of visitors come through the doors of the Kringles workshop, he becomes bitter and battle weary. Will he ever find peace, joy and goodwill for the Christmas season?
